New Shoes.....

I did quite excited on Saturday morning when the doorbell rang rather early and it was the Post Man, with a delivery for me. I thought it can't be my new shoes, I only ordered them yesterday....... but it was!

I had my eye on some Red Leather Penny Loafers but they were a bit expensive at £120, they did go down to £60 but still didn't quite have the cash, so I went on-line on Friday when I got paid to treat myself and Size 5s had gone! I was a bit annoyed, as they were perfect for walking to work in but on the same website something else caught my eye and at £29 thought they were a real bargain. Printed Snakeskin Leather Boat Shoes.

Honestly they are like wearing slippers, very soft and comfy and as it happens the reason we were up so early on Saturday morning was because we were going to spend the day on Stuarts Boat. The Postman must have known.

The Office

It was a good day in the office today and there was much to feast my eyes on as everyone arrived in the morning.

My colleague Zoe looked like a Dolce and Gabbana add campaign in her layers of tweed and dogtooth!

My other colleague Jenny was sporting her new Eley Kishimoto Coat for this winter had teamed it with a Vintage Eley flash print dress. The Flash print is one my FAVORITES ever and so much so we have it as our wallpaper in our bedroom!

Starburst Boutique

While away last week, we took a drive to Dartmouth to visit my friend and her shop Starburst Boutique.

Hannan was preparing her window for the Best Dressed Window competition at the annual Dartmouth Regatta.

The shop looked really lovely and Stuart fitted right in, in his Breton Stripes. It was lots of fun helping Hannah with the window and it definitely derserves to win.

Good luck Hannah and welldone on achieving your dream!

The Perfect Beach Hut

Hi There,

I was on holiday last week and as we walked off the beach at West Witterings and we marvelled at the cute mulit-coloured Beach Huts I laid my eyes on the lovely pink and white striped Beach Hut you see below.

Could not be more perfect!

Sex In The City

Met up with my girlfriends last night and we went a bit more upmarket than usual (they had an early bird deal on) and we went for dinner at Bistrotheque. It felt a bit like being in New York as it's quite an urban building and environment in East London.

It was really lovely food and we were all full to bits.

My Best Friend Tara was wearing a piece of Gemma Lister Jewellery so thought I should really snap here while I had the chance.

Then I thought why not capture the moment and take one of all the girls!

Best Customer

Here is a photo of my Mum, who is without doubt my best customer. As you can see she is modelling the Neon Classic Pearl Choker and matching bracelet. Everything just suits her really, she has a knack of wearing it all with the right things.

I always forget to take photos of her but I did remember on this opccasion when she came to London for the weekend to help make jewellery, only two weeks ago.

Cool Combo!

Hi There,

Check this out! My friend Zoe is a rather snappy dresser to say the least but I have to say there was an impeccable combination of colours and patterns going on today in the office.

Sonia Rykiel stripy socks
Comme Des Garcons spotty leggings
Brown Brogues

I must remeber to take more pics and share them with you all, it's such a waste for our eyes only!

Watch this space.

Hayleys Horse

Here's Hayley modelling her Gold Horse Necklace that she bought last Christmas for herself. It looks soooo nice deosn't it? Exactly how I would imagine it to look on someone with such good taste and style! Hayley did such a good job showing off my jewels that her friend Sophie has just put in an order for the Horse Bracelet!

We were having a wedding picnic at the time of the photo to celebrate Hayley and Rogers wedding in Vegas on May 1st! It was a lovely day and so good to see everyone.

Congratulations again x

Big In Japan!

Well not exactly big in Japan at the moment but working on it.

Below is my first bit of Japanese press of a model wearing my Diamond Ring Necklace, in the Japanese Magazine Ginza.

And in Aug I'll be delivering my first drop of AW09 Jewellery to the department store Isetan, which I'm really excited about.

My jewellery can also be found in Fleur in Tokyo and on the website www.stylife.co.jp from Mid August.

So, watch this space, you never know I might be Big In Japan one day! xxx

AW09

I always get rather excited about fashion at this time of year. The Summer hasn't really even started but the Summer Sales are almost over and in many shops already Autumn Winter 2009 has already arrived! And all the glossies have got AW09 supplements, which are a veritable feast full of the exciting new trends for the season. I haven't had time to digest them all yet but here is a selection of my favorites so far and which of my AW09 jewellery I would wear with them if I was rich enough to buy them all. Which I'm not but nevermind I still find it very inspiring and have already got lots of custimising ideas to get started with to update my wardrobe for this winter.

Britains Got Talent Grandad!

Guess who I saw today? Well, the above photo is a bit of a giveaway. I had an appointment in town and I was walking back to the bus along Oxford St, I saw a familiar face stood in the doorway of H and M of all places. It was the Grandad from BGT! I was so excited as he totally made me and my Husband cry when we saw him and his Grand-daughter on the first round of BGT. So I went over and had a quick chat and congratulated him and asked him how the tour was going. He was a complete gent as you can imagine and is totally loving the experience. Then I got a passer by to take a photos of us!

Lexies 70th Birthday

Had an amazing day last Thursday and went to Royal Ascot, with my Mum-in-law Lexie, her sister Anna and my Sister-in-Law Helen. It was such a good day and an rare occasion to get dresses up with hat to boot. We met at Waterloo station and there were loads of people with amazing hats and outfits, it was such a good for people watching. We drank Pimms, whilst we picked our Horses. I of course went on the outfits to choose my winners and there were some great colour combinations to choose from. I won 2 races too! Who'd have thought.....
The Queen arrived and gave us a wave and we drank champagne on the lawn in the afternoon. We left with some great memories and rather weary feet. As you can see from the photos below there were some Gemma Lister Jewellery specials on show. I of course was wearing my Gold Horse Pendant, Helen was wearing her Black Agate Bracelet, which was a Christmas present, and Lexie was wearing her Birthday present, which was a Green Swarovksi Heart Pendant.
